Qualy makes it easy to send payment links to your students through multiple channels. Whether you prefer WhatsApp, email, SMS, or a simple QR code, you can share payment links in seconds.

Once you have a payment created in Qualy, you can share it with your student using any of these methods:
Click the WhatsApp icon in the payment details. This opens WhatsApp Web with the payment link pre-filled and ready to send.

The frequency of payment reminders (e.g., 1, 3, 7, 14 days before and after the due date) is set in your account settings. We have other training videos explaining how to adjust these settings.
